BH Hancocks Reveille

"Hulk"

1998 Bay Stallion

Pedigree

"Hulk" was born here at the ranch. He is the grandson of two outstanding rope horse sires, Smug Reed and Lowry Star. Both of whom have produced numerous amounts of head and heel horses along with just good ol' ranch horses. Hulk's Dam, Smug's Velvet, herself is a great producer with a son who serves as a stud for Dave Bashor in Kansas and a son that is a nice ranch horse gelding for Bob and Terri Willis in California. The Willis' also have a very nice yearling by Hulk and Terri's rope horse "Peanut" (bottom of the page) is sired by Dee Bee Reveille, Hulk's sire. We like these repeat customers!! Smugs Velvet also had two outstanding full brothers, one was Smugs Vegas Gold "Spur" who served as stud here and also for brothers Royce and Roger Holman in Tennessee (also repeat buyers) the other was "Buster" who was a 3 go-round winner at the BFI. The Lowry Star horses have been a great addition to our mares, Jim Bower and family should be very proud of the accomplishments to the rope horse industry. This line of horses have just what we like...bone, body and great minds with ability and heart to do anything you want. "Hulk" stands 15.2 hands and weighs 1350 pounds. We are just now getting enough colts to really get a good idea of what he really is. His colts are stout with good bone and lots of muscle.
