Before selling your home, we will work with you to determine elements that need to be spruced up before listing. We look out for our clients’ best interests and are committed to providing help every step of the way!
Step 1- Search Comparable Homes.
We can search our MLS database to find an estimated list price for your home in order to get a realistic sales price.
Step 2- Repairs.
Is there a list of fixes that you’ve wanted to get done but haven’t yet? Now might be a good time to fix anything that needs repair and get your home in good working order. You are not obligated to make repairs but it can certainly make your home sell faster.
Step 3- Clean!
When you are ready to list your home, we recommend doing a thorough cleaning of your home. Whether that involves light dusting or some more involved de-cluttering, we always use the phrase “less is more” when it comes to showcasing your home. Maybe you want to take out some furniture or take down some personal photos so the new buyers can visualize their own things in your space. This is an important part of listing your home. First impressions are key!
Step 4- Sign a Listing Contract.
